Cheese Mixed Media Layout for Beginners

Hi everyone. Nicole here with a fun mixed media layout for beginners. I LOVE the Colorations Sprays in the shop and I just want to use them all…all the time. The colors are so vibrant! For this layout, I used six different colors.

Using a paint brush, I brushed the Colorations Sprays onto the cardstock that was initially white with writing. The colors used on this layout include: Granny Smith, Ink Spot, Salmon, Glorious, Plush and Juicy.

I decided to use a variety of Colorations Sprays to create a fun, happy layout and this layout just feels happy to me when I look at it. We had such a great time that day.

I used the Lattice Stencil to create splashes below the matted photos with a palette knife and Velvet Cotton.

I embellished the layout using stickers and chipboard from my stash. It feels good to use up those un-touched embellishments that have been sitting for some time.

Thanks so much for visiting today! What’s your favorite color or colors from our Colorations Sprays?
