Mixed Media Coasters by Toni

Hi everyone… I’m here with a fun project using the beautiful Art Anthology products. DSC08347

I purchased these natural coasters at Michaels Craft Store for $1.50 for a set of 6 and they take all the mixed media products really well. Each one I used a different technique.

The first set I painted the base with the dimensional paints (listed below) and then applied tissue paper with glittered Mod Podge. Then applied some stamping and drizzed my Coloration Spray in coordinating colors. Finished off with distressed ink for the edges.

The second set I applied Tim Holtz tissue paper to the coaster and then added glitters. Then finished off the coasters with our pretty Coloration sprays.

The third set was created using a crackle method with glue and lots of dimensional paints  (listed below) with some metal embellishments and stamping to provide lots of texture.

There are so many way to use Art Anthology’s product, they are so versatile. I hope you will add some to our crafting supplies and give them a try. Have a wonderful day and happy crafting !!!

Below is a Snapguide tutorial for your viewing and listed below are the products from Art Anthology, that were used to create these coasters…
