CHA 2016 and NEW product line!!

Another CHA has come and gone.  It’s crazy how much prep goes into a show and then poof! it seems like its over in a flash.

Let’s start with our new release for cha2016…

Minx Shimmering Inks

A shimmering, water based, bendable ink in a 1oz dropper bottle that is thick enough to add vivid color but thin enough to drip, paint, spread and smoosh with perfect results!

We also added some stencils AND another stencil to our Stacked Stencil line.  This design is done by a dear friend Sally Lynn MacDonald

Lots of our fabulous team showed up!

We saw many friends and made many more!

The show floor felt a little slow but the show overall was fantastic!  We are looking forward to it being later in the month and in Phoenix for the next 3 years.  Change is good and maybe it will bring some renewed excitement!

Before I sign off i want you all to check out Lanette’s Ustream event next week.  its going to be fun!

Thanks for stopping by!

More fun with Art Anthology, Basically Bare & Authentique!!

Welcome to day two of our blog swap!

Today I’m sharing a layout i created with you. Its been awhile since i’ve created a layout. The Authentique halloween line made it nice and simple!

I love to use sorbet and velvet as my “ink”. I put some velvet out on my new Art Anthology Mat and use a sponge and apply velvet around the edges of the papers. I think it looks just like ink!

I put some cardstock stickers on my layout and accented them with Dazzle Sorbet.  I just wanted sparkle so i used the Dazzle, which is clear with just the glitter.

The dimensional crystals are awesome for adding in those extra details.

Colorations sprayed onto your mat and then your paper or project dipped into it will add just the right amount of color around the edges for that extra pop.

Screens are great for adding in a little bit of extra dimension. I used it here with colorations and down below with Tuxedo velvet.

It creates such fabulous texture.
