So grab a cup of something and relax, because it’s gonna be a long post…

Let’s first take a look at the complete project :

Some of the inside pages :

I love the peek between pages created by cutting the paper at different sizes…

This is the back cover, with Cotton Velvet, Limeaid Velvet, Imperial Sorbet, Cotton Candy Velvet mediums and Dottie, Inspired Grunge and Expressions stencils :

Here are close-ups of the pages :

Lots of Colorations sprays, stencils and mediums !

Stamps and white gel pen were used to add more dimensions to the pages.

And drops of water created a great look !

So many different textures too !

Here is the list of products I used for this project :

Colorations Sprays : Avocado, Barbie, Glorious, Sky, Patience, Plush, Salmon, TImeless, Waimea Bay, Wild Orchid.

Minx Shimmering inks : Gold Dust, Indulgence, Majestic, Stagazer.

Garden Tags by Jenn

Garden Tags JDuBell Art Anthology

Hello! Art Anthology Fans and Friends! I am up on the blog today showing you these beautiful Garden Tags using Art Anthology products! The colors are vibrant and easy for anyone to achieve with these products! The best news is that Art Anthology offers an amazing variety of colors for you to choose from!

What you will need for this project:

Art Anthology Colorations Sprays

Art Anthology Minx shimmering Inks

Art Anthology Stencils

Art Anthology Sorbets

All other supplies are listed in Snapguide tutorial on the bottom of this post.

Start this project with a blank chipboard tag. Mine is 7″X3 1/4″.

Add stenciling using crackle paste in white. Make sure to dry completely between stencils. Crackle paste also cracks more when allowed to dry naturally rather than using a heat tool.

For my tags I used the following Art Anthology Products:

Stencils: MVM Diamond Grunge, Bubbles, MVM Lotus

Colorations Sprays: Ink Spot, Peacock Feathers, Sky, Plush

Shimmering Inks: Enchanting, Stargazer

Sorbet: Linen

Once my background looked the way I wanted it to I coated with a clear glue and seal. This seals the inks and makes them pop!

Once everything is dry I assembled it all using flowers that were dyed in same colors to match, TH paper dolls, chipboards, jute string, cheesecloth, pearls, drywall net tape, and sentiments.

Thanks so much for reading my post! I hope you enjoy this project and are inspired to create some for yourself or to give as gifts! For the full tutorial please look at Snapguide below.

Thanks!!

Industrial ATC set with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends!

Irit is here and today I am going to share my ATC cards trio made with new Art Anthology stencil and a lot of Art Anthology paints and mists.

This project was born as a ” stencil and paint” project. I loved the stencil and the new stone effect paint and just used them over three ATC blanks.

Then when it was dry I thought about the theme and the best one to add to concrete stone effect paint was something urban.

So I used skyline die and made layers of houses and then added stormy sky effects with different paint and mists.

You can take a look at each one of three ATC pieces here:

And as always I have a Snapguide tutorial for you to see and to use in a future:

Playing with Colorations Inks

Ellie Knol again today,
showing a way to play with Colorations Shimmering Inks.

………………

By misting the Colorations on an acrylic block and ‘stamping’ that onto your cardstock….

….you get beautiful washes on your background.
TIP… Leave the block on the cardstock for a few minutes for it to be able to absorb the moisture.

****

Stamp with a colored ink.

Color the image with Colorations Shimmering inks
and splatter some ink as well. Stamps a script with a matching colored ink.

Sponge over a stencil with distress inks.
Finish it off with a script and white heat embossing.

….for more pictures and step-by-step please have a look at the Snapguide tutorial I’ve created for you!

Have a play and show it to us on our Facebook group Art Anthology’s Adventures in Art !
